2.1. Data Controller

2.2. What Data We Collect

Data collected automatically:

• Apple ID – only when you upgrade your account via Apple Sign‑In.
• Anonymous identifier – generated on first launch.
• Email address – retrieved from Apple after sign-in (if you choose to share it).
• Push token – for sending notifications (if you grant permission).
• Location data – only during active walks (route, distance, pace).

Data you provide:

• Dog's name, breed, date of birth, weight, veterinary notes.
• Walk history (date, time, route, distance).

Technical data (Sentry – error monitoring only):

• Stack trace of errors.
• Device model.
• iOS version.
• Anonymous user identifier (for error correlation).

⚠️ In Sentry, we do not transmit sensitive data (dog names, walk routes, medical information). All data is pseudonymized.

2.3. Purpose of Data Processing

• Providing App functionality and storing user data in Supabase.
• Managing subscriptions (RevenueCat).
• Monitoring stability and fixing bugs (Sentry).
• Sending push notifications (if you opt in).

2.4. Data Sharing

We do not share user data with any external parties except for essential service providers:

• Supabase – data storage (hosted in the EU).
• RevenueCat – subscription management (only user ID and subscription status are transmitted).
• Sentry – error monitoring (technical data only, no sensitive data).
• Apple – authentication via Apple Sign‑In.

None of these providers receive walk data or medical information about your dog. All such data remains in Supabase and is tied exclusively to your account.

2.5. Location

• The App requests location access only during walk tracking.
• Background GPS usage is permitted solely to continue tracking when the screen is off.
• Location data is stored on your account and is never shared.

2.6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, all data is permanently removed from Supabase within 30 days.

2.7. Your Rights (GDPR & CCPA)

You have the right to:

• Access your data,
• Rectify inaccurate data,
• Delete your data ("right to be forgotten"),
• Restrict processing,
• Data portability (export to PDF).

2.8. Security

We implement technical and organizational measures to protect data against loss, unauthorized access, and damage. All connections are encrypted (HTTPS, TLS).

2.9. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such data, please contact us immediately.

2.10. Changes to Privacy Policy

Any changes to this Privacy Policy will be communicated via the App or email. Changes take effect 7 days after publication.
